10B Me And My Cooking!!

I usually begin my day by doing the chores around my house because I cannot stand it when it is dirty. This is something that I do as soon as I wake up every day.  I started doing this because now my mom started working and my sister is lazy so I am left to do it by myself. I don’t mind it but sometimes it gets frustrating. After this I get ready and start reviewing my schoolwork.

The first successful creative act I do is cooking my self a nice meal that will keep me for the rest of the day. I am usually really creative when I cook because I add different things to my beans or salad to make it look pretty and delicious.  I am so creative with my cooking that my friends want to come over all the time and eat. They especially love my salad. They describe it as crispy and rich. I don’t want to brag but I do make the best salad!

         The second successful creative I do is work at my job (ShopRite), in the bakery department. I am very creative when I work in that department because when costumers ask me to decorate a cake for them, I decorate with many things. I don’t want the costumer to go home with a boring cake. I am the type of person who wants to make their money worth.

         Both of these creative acts involve cooking. I think that this is because I always watch my mother cook different kinds of food. Also my family back in Albania is known for their cooking. Everyone talks about how good they cook. I think it is in my blood. It makes me happy when I cook. On the picture above is a traditional Albanian desert that I make every New Years for my family. Everyone loves it because it is different.
